Definitions

"Service" means Rhyme Forge and all its features, content, and functionality. "Provider" means Edapt Technologies, LLC, the company providing the Service. "User," "you," and "your" refer to individuals accessing or using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations

3. Pro Subscription

The Service offers a Pro subscription that provides enhanced features, including but not limited to:

• Creation and management of multiple virtual documents
• Access to advanced features and tools
• Priority support and updates

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your Pro subscription:

• Your Pro status will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to all existing files and documents
• You will be unable to create new virtual documents after your Pro status expires
• Some advanced features may become unavailable

5. Intellectual Property

All content created using the Service remains the property of the user. However, the Service, including its original content and features, is owned by the Provider and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE PROVIDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN.

THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
